INFLUENCER SPONSORSHIP DELIVERABLES AGREEMENT

Brand / Sponsor: Lumina Skincare Inc.

1. DELIVERABLES & SCOPE OF WORK:
• 1x Dedicated Instagram Reel (45-60s) with spoken CTA
• 2x Instagram Story frames with interactive link sticker
• 30-Day organic usage rights on creator feed

2. COMPENSATION & PAYMENT TERMS:
Total Agreed Fee: $1,200 USD
Payment Schedule: 50% upfront upon signing, 50% net-15 post publication
Late Payments: Payments overdue past 15 calendar days shall incur a 5% monthly late interest fee.

3. REVISIONS & EDITING:
Includes 1 round of minor editing revisions. Script changes post-filming incur $200 reshoot fee.

4. USAGE & EXCLUSIVITY:
Non-exclusive. Creator retains the right to collaborate with other brands.
Whitelisting / Paid Meta Advertising is not permitted unless explicitly agreed upon in writing with additional licensing fees.

5. FTC DISCLOSURE COMPLIANCE:
Creator agrees to clearly disclose the sponsorship in accordance with FTC guidelines using #ad or Instagram's Paid Partnership tag.

6. CANCELLATION & KILL FEE:
If Brand terminates this agreement after production begins but prior to publication, a 50% kill fee applies to cover creator production expenses.
