By accessing and using SendMeLink ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SendMeLink provides automation tools for Instagram, allowing users to automatically reply to comments and send direct messages based on predefined rules.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the Service and for any content you post or automate. You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations.
  • Infringe upon the rights of others.
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages in violation of Instagram's policies.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others.

Strict No-Spam Policy: We have zero tolerance for spam. Any account found to be using our Service for spamming purposes will be immediately terminated without refund.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually).

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will expire. We do not offer refunds for any payments once they have been processed. For more details, please review our full Refund Policy.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SendMeLink, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
