1. Subscription Terms

SendMeLink offers subscription-based access to our automated reply services. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) depending on your selected plan. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.

2. Lifetime Access

"Lifetime Access" refers to the lifetime of the SendMeLink product. If you purchase a Lifetime plan, you will have access to the features included in your plan for as long as the product is available and supported.

Lifetime plans include all future updates to the standard features of your plan. However, please note the exclusions below regarding consumption-based costs.

3. Exclusions & Future AI Costs

Important Note on AI & Usage Costs:

While Lifetime plans include future feature updates, they DO NOT include future features that incur significant per-usage costs, such as:

  • AI Credits or Tokens (e.g., for advanced generative AI responses)
  • Third-party API usage fees
  • Other consumption-based resources

These features may be offered as separate add-ons or require an additional purchase in the future.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

5. No Refund Policy

STRICT NO REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscription payments, including initial payments, renewal charges, or lifetime plan purchases.

Since we offer a free plan/trial to test our services before purchasing, we encourage you to fully evaluate SendMeLink to ensure it meets your needs before committing to a paid plan. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period, but no partial refunds will be issued.
